When you phone us, select the outpatient clinic you wish to contact
The phone service is available to help you in the following matters:
- Booking an appointment
- Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment
- Matters related to prescriptions or certificates
- Matters related to the child’s treatment (if the child has an acute illness, contact the emergency clinic)
If your child is booked for surgery or treatment period on a ward, please contact The Treatment Planning Unit.

The Pediatric Outpatient Clinic provides specialized outpatient services for children and adolescents under the age of 16 in pediatrics, pediatric surgery, or child neurology.
Patients are referred to appointments for diagnostics, treatment and/or follow-ups. Additionally, the outpatient clinic aims to support the child’s or adolescent’s growth, development and independence and provide guidance for parents.
Treatment at the Outpatient Clinic requires a doctor’s referral. The Outpatient Clinic operates on weekdays.
Registering
Please use the self-registration kiosks to register for your appointment when you arrive to the hospital. Self-registration kiosks are located near the entrances. After you have arrived at the Outpatient Clinic, register again by using the self-registration kiosk in the clinic’s waiting area. When you register, the staff will be notified that you have arrived.
