Day Center Avaruus is open Mon–Fri 7:30–17:00.
The Day Center provides treatment for children and adolescents with physical disabilities and multiple disabilities. Children treated at Day Center commonly have diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, and various muscle disorders. The Day Center attends to diagnostic evaluations, and therapy and assistive device evaluations for children and adolescents with physical disabilities and multiple disabilities. All assessments are performed collaboratively between a multi-professional team and the child’s parents. We wholeheartedly hope that parents are present for the treatment period.
