EMERGENCY - CALL 112
When you know or suspect that a patient's life or health is in serious danger (e.g. intense chest pain, difficulty to breathe, unconsciousness, paralysis, seizure), act quickly and immediately call the emergency number 112 for help and instructions.
SEEKING URGENT CARE
An urgent situation means that the patient is not in an immediate danger, but the situation requires treatment on the same day (e.g. abdominal pain, small injures and bruises, sudden deterioration of general condition).

Contact the emergency services in your local health centre during its opening hours. At other times call the telephone helpline for urgent care 116 117 (0€).
