The Outpatient Clinic for Functional Disorders coordinates the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with functional disorders, examines treatment methods and prognosis of the patient population, and educates other health care professionals. The outpatient clinic was launched in the spring of 2019. At first, the outpatient clinic only receives referrals from specialized healthcare in the HUS district, and later on, depending on resources, from the entire HUS district as well as primary healthcare, occupational healthcare, and private service providers.
