The Rehabilitation Evaluation Unit assesses patients' working and functional capacity, composes plans for medical and professional rehabilitation, and supervises the implementation of these plans. The objective is to draw up an individual rehabilitation plan, which supports the patient's return to work.
Operations involve collaboration with HUCH specialities; therefore, rehabilitation evaluation can be started early enough and at the correct phase as an integral part of diagnosis and treatment. The Rehabilitation Evaluation Unit serves all specialities.
