In the Outpatient Clinic for Functional Disorders, we assess and rehabilitate patients with functional disorders, assess therapies and patient group prognoses, and train other healthcare professionals. Our services require a referral.

Our Outpatient Clinic for Functional Disorders is a consultation unit. Our goal is to determine and enable support and rehabilitation for patients with debilitating and long-term physical, so-called functional symptoms for which no cause of illness has been established.
The operation of our outpatient clinic started in spring 2019. At the moment, we accept referrals from specialist medical care in Uusimaa, primary health care, occupational health care and private health care providers. Based on separate agreement, we also serve patients from outside the Uusimaa region.
Our patients undergoing rehabilitation experience a living environment and ability to work and function that are at least moderately limited; some patients have an extremely debilitating symptoms.
