At the Ruoholahti Gynecological Outpatient Clinic, we examine and treat patients with various gynecological problems, including menstrual disturbances, lower abdominal pain, and tissue and cell changes. We are an appointment outpatient clinic, which means that in order to receive treatment at our clinic, you need a physician's referral. We will notify you of the scheduled appointment by letter.

We also perform all the artificial terminations of pregnancy, i.e. abortions, in the entire Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, and Vantaa). Please contact our outpatient clinic after you have received your referral for abortion (AB1) from a health center or private physician.

Please register on the self-registration kiosk in the entrance lobby when arriving for your appointment. The Gynecological Outpatient Clinic is located on the 1st floor, but the building is not completely accessible. If you need assistance in getting in, please ring the buzzer “Helsinki University Hospital Gynecology” by the entrance, and we will meet you at the door.
