Child Psychiatric Ward, Töölö

On the Child Psychiatric Ward, we provide treatment for children who are in need of more intensive child psychiatric care and examinations in addition to outpatient care. Treatment can take place on the inpatient ward or in outpatient care.  

Treatment on the Child Psychiatric Ward is family-centered, and we take the individual needs of the child and the family into account. With parental consent, we cooperate with the professionals involved in the child's everyday life. During inpatient treatment periods, the children stay on our ward from Monday to Friday.  

In outpatient care, we meet with the child several times a week in their home or school environment.
