Matinkylä Acute Psychiatry and Consultations Outpatient Clinic is an outpatient care unit in which we assess, examine and treat and, if necessary, refer patients with acute psychiatric problems for further treatment.
Our outpatient clinic offers specialist medical care services for acute psychiatry and consultations for the residents of Espoo, Kauniainen, and Kirkkonummi. Appointments at our outpatient clinic require a physician’s referral. In the acute and consultations psychiatry working groups, we carry out referral assessments and refer you to further treatment if necessary. We also conduct assessments of the need for treatment via examinations as well as short treatment interventions and consultations with somatic care inpatient wards and outpatient clinics.
