Children above 12 years of age with general pediatric problems or symptoms are diagnosed and treated at the Adolescent Outpatient Clinic, which is located in the Children's Castle. The clinic provides services to adolescents with health problems associated with growth and development, eating disorders (i.e. obesity or anorexia) or psychosomatic symptoms. Adolescent Outpatient Clinic team works with other multi-professional specialists in the Children's Hospital, and with Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic. A Sexual Health Clinic is located at the Adolescent Outpatient Clinic.

The team consists of two pediatricians /adolescent medicine specialists, two healthcare nurses, a dietician, a social worker, a physiotherapist, a ward secretary and a specializing doctor in training shared with the Social Pediatrics.
Patients are referred to the clinic from primary or specialist medical care.

The Adolescent Outpatient Clinic is part of the Children's Hospital's Pediatric Outpatient Clinic.
