Personnel may disclose information on the patient's condition to both parents, unless otherwise agreed.
The information desk and phone exchange have the information in which ward the child is in for directing the visitors and phone calls to the correct ward. Notify the ward personnel on arrival, if you would prefer that information about the ward your child is in is not available from the information desk/phone exchange.
